Entrepreneurs from throughout the Inland Empire are eligible for nomination in the following categories!

Social Entrepreneur – an individual who passionately brings an entrepreneurial approach to the non-profit or public sector environment to enhance and achieve their organization’s social mission for the benefit of the community.

Technology Entrepreneur – an individual who has spearheaded the exceptional growth and performance of a high technology company.

Corporate Entrepreneur – an individual who champions and implements entrepreneurial practices within the environment of a medium to large sized corporation.

Family Business Entrepreneur – an individual, or family members collectively, who have worked to build a high performing venture that balances both the family and business dynamics. Special consideration was given to family-owned firms that have successfully transferred ownership to new generations who are sustaining or renewing the company’s vigor and taking it to new dimensions of success.

Innovator Entrepreneur – an individual who has innovatively used new business practices, processes or technologies to lead his or her enterprise to higher levels of performance and success in the marketplace.

General Entrepreneur – An individual who has achieved significant entrepreneurial success in any industry or business category through creativity, innovation, risk taking and the relentless pursuit of opportunity.

Supporter of Entrepreneurship – an individual who has consistently given their time, energy, and expertise to assist in the development of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ventures. Recipients can come from any industry including academic and public sectors.

Emerging Entrepreneur – an individual who has been in business less than five years and has led the company toward significant entrepreneurial success in its industry with excellent prospects for future growth.
